FieldLine (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides CRM, estimating, scheduling, and customer communication software for home improvement contractors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through fieldlinepro.ai and our application (the “Platform”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing details you provide when you create an account or start a trial.
  • Customer and job data: the contacts, addresses, estimates, proposals, invoices, photos, and notes you or your team enter into the Platform.
  • Communications: SMS and email messages sent or received through the Platform, including message content and delivery metadata.
  • Usage data: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and feature interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Generate estimates, proposals, routing, and reporting you request.
  • Send transactional notifications and, with consent, product updates.

3. Customer Data You Control

You own the customer and job data you enter into the Platform. We process it on your behalf to deliver the services and do not sell it. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your customers by SMS or email through the Platform.

4. Service Providers and Sharing

We share information with vendors that help us run the Platform, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, messaging carriers, email delivery, analytics, and AI-model providers used to generate estimates and proposals. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.

5. SMS and Email Messaging

Messages sent through the Platform are transmitted by third-party carriers and delivery providers. Recipients may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP and out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and job data for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

The Platform is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
